About Cracked Corn

Cracked Corn is a a clean whole-grain finish, sortable for the producer who builds their own ration, built at Mid South Feeds for custom rations, grain mixes, and on-farm blending. Formulated for a clean, sortable ingredient for rations you build yourself. The recipe runs from our Alma, Georgia mill on the same line that our family has milled feed on since 1991, so what comes out of the bag this week looks and smells like what came out of it last week — that consistency is what our 300+ dealers across the Southeast keep buying.

Use Cracked Corn any class of livestock, paired with clean fresh water, free-choice forage where the species needs it, and a clean feeder. Packaged in 50 lb bags for easy handling at the barn or store.

Feeding Directions

• Use as a ration ingredient or top-dress as your nutritionist or extension agent recommends.
• When fed as a sole grain to grazing livestock, introduce gradually over 7–10 days and limit to no more than 0.5–1.0% of body weight per day to avoid acidosis.
• Store in a cool, dry, rodent-proof bin and use within 90 days of purchase for best quality.
